PT. Haier Electrical Appliances Indonesia open new position for "Legal Operation Staff".Requirements:
- Male, 25-30 years old.
- Bachelor degree in Law.
- Have experience in the same position at least 1 year.
- Familiar with OSS Systems, corporate legal, License and Reporting.
- Strong drafting and contract negotiation skill.
- Have good analytical skill and legal judgement skill.
- Fluent in english.
- Can join ASAP.
- Willing to work at EJIP Cikarang.
Jobdesc:
- Updating laws and requlations.
- Legal and regulatory compliance (routine and periodic reporting).
- Manage of company licenses (import license, operatioanl etc) for business opertion purposes.
- Drafting and implementation of SOP & Company policy.
- Annual Meeting of shareholde (RUPS) arrangements.
