We are hiring HR SPECIALISTFor Placement : Kelapagading, North Jakarta
Requirements :
1. Male/ female, max 30 years old
2. Bachelor Degree majoring Psychology or Management with experience in the same field at least 3 years
3. Having experience as HR Generalist (Administration, Recruitment, Training, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefit etc.) in the heavy equipment industry is preferred
4. Have knowledge of UU Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan
5. Excellent Communication English (if mastering Mandarin is a plus)
6. Have good analytical skills, can communicate well, and can work under pressure
