Posisi dan Kualifikasi
Industrial Relations SupervisorPT Macmahon Mining Services Batang Toru, Sumatera Utara
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement appropriate IR and strategies to meet business objectives, including involvement in ER/IR approach for tenders & projects.
Develop, implement and review IR practices to ensure met legislative requirements and appropriate industry best practice, in collaboration with other HR functions includes employment contracts.
Provide advice to the leaders and management on appropriate ER/IR actions, including management of employee relations the prevention and resolution of grievance, complaints, disputes, investigations, and involuntary terminations.
Represent the company at local manpower (Disnaker) and PHI/industrial relations court (where appropriate) and coordinate with company legal representatives
End to end process to ensure a stable and consistent treatment of terms and conditions for organisation and employee relations. Collaborate with senior leaders and HR team on development or initiatives to address ER/IR issue.
Work with HR to prepare required documentation for negotiating settlements, severance and mutual agreement.
Work together with department head or supervisot to conduct coaching or counselling to employees where required.
Liaising between employees and management.
Socialize company regulations to the workforce and managing employee complaints
Qualifications:
Degree qualified in Law or Human Resources Management
Strong knowledge of employment relations and manpower law
Exceptional written and verbal communication both English and Bahasa Indonesia
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving ability.
Experience in representing organisations in disputes at Industrial Relations Court
Experience in multi-national organisation specifically in mining industry
Ability to think creatively to develop multiple and workable option for mining environment.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication and people management skills
