Requirements:
1. Male, 30 - 35 years old.
2. Candidates must possess minimal bachelor degree of psychology.
3. Have experiences as HR OD Supervisor at least min 2 years, or HR OD senior officer at least 4 years.
4. Have knowledge about Job analysis, job evaluation, grading, Skill matrix, performance management and TNA.
5. Can operate Ms. Excel, Visio and Powerpoint.
6. Have good critical thinking skill.
7. Have good personality and comunication skill.
8. Fluent in english is must.
9. Placement : Ejip Cikarang.
