- Under general supervision, maintains, diagnoses and repairs a variety of equipment including; diesel engines, transmissions, drive train components, winches, high pressure pumps, centrifugal pumps, sand conveyor systems, air compressors, micro processor controls, electro-mechanical equipment, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, mobile/overhead cranes, wellhead attachments and pressure equipment, gearboxes, PTO's, generators, chemical metering systems, 12/24v electrical systems, equipment cabs and controls, chassis and suspension, rims, tires and wheels, forklifts, A/C systems, and a variety of other energy services equipment.
- Responsible for ensuring duties are performed in a safe, efficient, and effective manner. Perform preventive/predictive maintenance procedures on Halliburton equipment.
- Performs inspections required by the company, and government entities. Perform basic troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Performs own work and provides assistance to others as directed.

Service Operator I - Coiled Tubing
Location: Jakarta, JK, ID, 12560

- Under direct supervision, performs Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and safety meetings, and the rigging up and down of Coil Tubing service line equipment.
- Assembles and prepares equipment for installation and service.
- Assists in the running of a job. Maintains general housekeeping, clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.
- Performs pre/post job Coiled Tubing equipment inspections.
- Responsible for safe crane and rigging operations during the delivery of services in accordance with Customer's design and KPI's.
- Operates High Pressure fluid pump and coil tubing support equipment (flow back package). Performs hydrostatic testing on Blow Out Prevention (BOP) and reels during pre/post job procedures including Preventative Maintenance (PM's). Mentors peers and trains Operator Assistants.
- Monitors well control parameters and calculations before and during job applications. Performs and complete preventative maintenance on all Coil Tubing associated equipment.

- Drives a truck or other assigned equipment as required.
- Skills typically acquired through completion of high school diploma or similar education and typically 6 months experience as Operator Assistant ll.
- May require a valid Commercial Driver's License. Product Service Line (PSL) specific equipment/job skills required.
- Must have completed essential math, red book and Coil Tubing I training.
- Given the nature of oil field service work, must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with others is necessary.

- Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined. Skills are typically acquired through 6 months of experience as an Operator Asst-Coil Tubing, II.
- The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations is required.

- Licensure to drive commercial vehicles may be required. Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
- Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines. Promotes and takes an active part in the Quality Improvement Process.
Supplier Quality Prof, Sr

- Under broad direction, an SQP will have a working understanding of all expectations of hisher role.
- HeShe will also be able to train and teach roleexpectations of SQP. SQP RoleExpectations: Performs inspection of various operations activities and of supplier produced parts.
- Recommends and leads efforts for establishing and sustaining supplier improvement processes.
- Generates reports of conditions found during inspection activities, notifies Supplier Quality management and internal customers as requested of significant problems, and completes documentation necessary to attest to satisfactory completion of inspection or test activities.
- Responsible for performing quality evaluations on standard and routine processes and products according to engineering drawings, specifications, prescribed methods, and instructions. Identifies and reports non-conformance to known standards using various measuring and testing methods.
- Provide technical expertise concerning quality systems improvements, inspection techniques, root cause analysis, and effective corrective action. Onsite supplier quality systems assessment and evaluation.
- Communicate identified processprocedure concerns to Core Teams and broader organization as necessary. Provide supplier recommendations for specific projects and strategy fulfillment. Measure baseline and quantify improvements.
- Distribute improvements to broader organization as needed. Facilitate and assist with process improvement implementation.
- Monitor future state to ensure the delivery of expected results and benefits. Stabilize process/quality systems for new supplier.
- Facilitate training and prior lessons learned.
- Provide input for RFQ analysis and recommend awards to Core Team as needed.
- Provide timely technical assistance in regards to supplier quality systems and inspection through FAS, initial production, and transition to stable supply chain.
- Identify and resolve exceptions, root cause analysis and corrective actions/recovery plan to Core Team through defined communication plan.
- Monitor/co-manage supplier performance for assigned suppliers to ensure continuous supply chain stability with the broader organization.
- Requires completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Applied Science or related technical field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry. Up to 75 percent travel required for this position.
