General Supervisor for biodiesel plant operation (bulk and port division)Location : Bandar Lampung, Indonesia
Job Purpose and Impact
The General Supervisor will lead all fleet management activities for a small, standard fleet of transportation equipment or operators. In this role, you will lead fleet operations, data management, research and analysis, safety and compliance.
Key Accountabilities
Coordinate the day to day activates of fleet and driver and operators including dispatch, equipment optimization, revenue and personnel issues.
Lead all aspects of the maintenance of the fleet to comply with company and government regulations.
Lead regulatory safety and compliance activities, including driver and operator orientation, compliance reports, equipment maintenance and records and safety training.
Analyze transportation and distribution systems and procedures to ensure efficient and economical delivery.
Other duties as assigned
Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum four years of directly related work experience

Job Purpose and Impact
The Senior Operations Buyer will apply deep knowledge of local practices and procedures to handle, organize and coordinate procurement of materials, goods, services and supplies. In this role, you will conduct activities focused on transporting products from suppliers to customers and conduct activities to support complex customer issues and operations quality and improvement.
Key Accountabilities
Assist more senior team members with process improvements.
Check records and files for accuracy, performing complex analysis of data.
Lead requests for procurement of non contracted materials and goods, services and supplies.
Assist end user and ensure material delivery follow plant requirements.
Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent
Minimum of four years of related work experience

Able to communicate in English and Vietnamese
Advanced skills using relevant office programs and applications
