AREA COORDINATOR :1. Power Boiler (PB)
2. Turbine Generator (TG)
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
EDUCATION:
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
EXPERIENCE:
- 15 years (total experience) in (Power Plant/ETP/WTP) or Chemical Industry
- 10 years in Power Boiler / Turbine Generator, including commissioning.
REQUIREMENT / SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:
- (Power Plant/ETP/WTP) or Chemical Industry manufacturing management
- Knowledge and able in reading P&ID, Logic diagram
- Smart/Digital Instrumentation, Control System and related equipment.
- DCS, Safety PLC, PLC, maintenance, operation, Software programing development
- Knowledge of digital communication, foundation fieldbus, profibus, and integration with other equipment like VSD, Smart motor converter, PLC, and etc.
- Basic knowledge on electrical equipment mainly including Variable Speed drives, Smart motor control centers, switchgears, etc.
- English Knowledge spoken and written is must
- Able to deal with various vendor (technical & management)
- Willing to assigned at Futong site - Riau
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for going to the plant construction and surveying the site and for any irregularities, then analyze these observations as part of the process for creating system blueprints.
- The creators of a system blueprint. This requires extensive knowledge off all the part of the system, and how each part relates to the functionality of the whole.
- Decision makers in cost management meeting to ensure their designs reflect the parameters of the project’s budget.
- Know exactly the Design of Constructed Plant
- Coordination sections under his/her control
