Izin konstruksi & produksi CPM disetujui pada November 2017 dengan masa konstruksi 3 tahun dan masa produksi 30 tahun (hingga 2050).

JOB VACANCIESHSE TRAINING SPECIALIST
To be placed at PT CPM Site, Palu, Central Sulawesi
Responsibility
Assist with designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating HSE learning programs. Activities may include, but are not limited to:
Working with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create and curate program material/content to promote participant success and drive business and safety impact
Designing functional/technical learning solutions for conferences, web-based, elearning, user guides, etc events, classroom/in-person,
Developing learning materials that are functional, intuitive, informative, and consistent with instructional design principles
Developing schedules for learning programs and associated administrative tasks
Monitoring and reporting the effectiveness of learning programs
Analyze HSE trends/KPls and develop improvement plans as required
Support other ESG/HSE-related activities within the group as needed
Requirement
Bachelor in Public Health, Environmental Engineering, Mining Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in training section of health, safety, environment, and forestry.
Has a POP certificate, ToT BNSP Certificate,SMKP and AK3U.
Have the desire to learn, and have the motivation to have a culture of K3L
ENVIRONMENT SUPERVIsOR
To be placed at PT CPM Site, Palu, Central Sulawesi
Responsibility
Develop, implement and evaluate a Mining and Environmental Safety Management System (SMKPL) for environmental aspects and an Environmental Management System (EMS) under PT CPM's K3L guidelines and standards.
It is preventing environmental incidents, environ-mental pollution, the formation of negative impacts on the environment and society, warnings from rele-vant agencies, and realizing the "Zero Environmental
Damage and "Green PROPER programs.
Ensure that the reclamation activities have been managed under the reclamation/rehabilitation plan (including land clearing activities, flora-fauna inventory, reclamation/ rehabilitation plans, land reclamation areas, and implementation of reclamation/rehabilitation) at each stage of the action.
Prepare periodic and special reports (hardcopy and softcopy/online) related to environmental aspects for internal and external needs (including data/document requirements for EMS audits and guidance/- supervision of relevant agencies.
