Posisi dan KualifikasiData Administration Agent

Cleansing of shipments records enabling the Clearance team to complete the Customs declarations for compliance.
Assist in the collation of the necessary documents for BTO shipments to facilitate smooth handover of the documents to the appointed broker
If a shipment record is not available, the DAA will assist to create an initial shipment record for the over-landed shipment using the commercial documents available on the physical shipment.
Incumbent has no direct report and authority over country line and functional personnel. Nevertheless he/she must be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions /actions.
Minimal bachelor Degree
2-3 years working experience in customs clearance environment
Good communication skills (English), spoken and written
Having good knowledge on Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Able to set clear and realistic goals and objectives. Establishes a course of action and a sequence of steps to ensure that activities and objectives are efficiently achieved. Is structured with good personal organization. Schedules time effectively and use efficient work methods and tools.
Gateway Operations Duty Supervisor
Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia
Supervise and manage gateway on day to day operations, ensuring domestic and international shipments are recovered, timely connections to the right flight or shuttle, bond management, and make sure process compliance with GSOP.
Ensure accurate sorting and optimum loading of all inbound & outbound shipments.
Manage/monitor the DHL’s assets (including vehicle) his/her area.
Monitor ground handler and warehouse provider performance and complete all necessary reports.
Organize appropriate shifts and manning levels to meet business requirements.
Ensure incoming shipments are recovered, “break bulked”, inspected and cleared in the quickest, most efficient manner possible.
Manage receipt and lodgment of outbound shipments from country operations to ensure timely departure and uplift.
Ensure safe working practices and environment within the shift.
Participate in quality policy and initiatives e.g. ISO.
Develop a high performance service culture within the functional department. Plan, organize and direct and efficient and effective functional department.
Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.
Consult performance appraisal.
Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets.
Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department.
Maintain good working relationships.
Co-ordination, discussion and communication.
Assist to keep performance and meet target.
Problem Shooting and Improvement.
Ensure all service they provided meet DHL’s requirement.
Ensure hand over processes of shipments and paperwork are normally operated.
Special Request handling.

Bachelor Degree (or equivalent)
Line Trainer certified, First Aid certified, IATA Dangerous Goods Acceptance Certification will be an advantage
2-3 years operations experience, preferably within transportation or logistics industry
Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Communication skills (English), spoken and written
Well-developed planning and organization skills

• Identify Faktur Pajak Out and Faktur Pajak Input with GL (JBA)
• Maintain No Seri Faktur Pajak and request to DJP immediately if necessary
• Prepare SSP PPN Luar Negri both ASPA and HO Invoice
• Tax Payment for VAT both DGF dan DSP
• Stamp duties
• Prepare reconciliation SPT VAT with GL Tax for PL and BS
• Approve WHT from workflow
• Keep communication with FICO, operation and external party related with tax issue
• Comply with HSE procedure and regulation
• Actively participate in all HSE program
• Education background minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Economics major
• Experience in Tax minimum 2 years
• English Fluency both in writing and speaking
• Computer Literacy is a must
• Results oriented without compromising Respect
• Has all technical competencies that required by the position
