Posisi dan Kualifikasi
"HR GENERALIST"Key Areas of Responsibilities :
- Can lead recruitment process and have experience with psychological testing tools
- Familiar handling training administration
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
- Managing BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (SIPP) & BPJS Kesehatan (Edabu)
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
- Min. Bachelor Degree from HR Management, Psychology
- Having min. 1 year work experience / internship experience as HR Admin
