PT Batutua  Kharisma Permai (BKP) dan PT Batutua Tembaga Raya  (BT) yang mengoperasikan Tambang Tembaga Wetar di  Pulau Wetar. Maluku. dan PT Puncak Emas Tani Sejahtera  (PETS) yang saat ini melakukan eksplorasi di Gorontalo,

Posisi dan Kualifikasi

PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk is a holding company with operating subsidiaries engaging in mining business activities, encompassing the exploration and future production of gold, silver, copper, and other related minerals. Due to massive business expansion, PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk looking for a competent candidate to support the business in the People Development Manager position. This role is expected to concept, plan and execute all matters related to talent management and developing a sustainable system to maintain internal development.

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs
- Develop learning modules and content, including e-learning
- Deliver and facilitate learning and development activities using multiple methods and approaches
- Develop a learning system infrastructure
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Create learning and development activities planning and budget report
- Create a Competency matrix
- Develop and execute talent management and succession planning system

Qualifications:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in learning & development, with 3 years in a supervisory role
- Hold minimum bachelor degree from reputable university
- Hands on experience in deliver and facilitate learning and development activities
- Possess training and assessment and coaching certifications is a plus
- Hands on experience in developing talent management system and facilitating talent development process
- Familiar with competency based development, preferably in mining industry
- Confidence to work collaboratively across functions, seniority, and sometimes conflicting interests
- Good influencing skills to handle challenging conversations to keep the transformation goals at interest
- Able to work in fast pace and able to work and deliver multiple projects, and
- Have the willingness to learn
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Willing to travel to site area
