Sales AdministratorJakarta
This role provides marketing, sales support and admin supports (sales, service, and parts) to the Manager. Acts as the main admin contact point for the whole division.
Responsibilities
Marketing related
Prepare and coordinate marketing functions, customer training workshops, seminars, exhibitions; advertising;
Coordinate and communicate with LWN Marketing Team for any marketing tools, branding, and materials needed
Source and order gifts, calendar, and any give aways for customers. Including manage inventory
Manage product brochures
Source, control, order and replenish stationery
Sales Support related
Supporting Sales support related with SAM, SIP, Intranet, etc.
Admin supports (sales, service, parts)
Supporting all admin related for Sales and Marketing Manager
Main admin contact point to internal PTL whole division
Any other administration as required
Competencies
Experience/Education:
Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university
Minimum 3 years of working experiences
Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications, e.g. Excel, Words and PowerPoint
Qualifications/Other Requirements:
Accurate to details, pro-active and eager to learn new things
High sense of responsibility, resourceful, self-motivated and professional in carrying out the duties
Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) to interact at all levels
Ability to work in a global, multi-cultural environment with teamwork skills
