GENERAL AFFAIRSRequirement:
Bachelor degree in Any Major, Fresh Graduate is welcome to
apply
Good command in English, both oral and written
Good command in Computer Literate
Have a good Management & Administration skill, also familiar
with General Affairs Administration support process
Possess good analytical thinking, interpersonal skill, strong
drive, and work under tight schedules
Able to work independently as well as a part of team
Expose and familiar with SAP
Responsibility:
Perform & maintain General Administration in Department
(Debit Note, Invoice Payment, Settlement, Monitoring specific
activities' facility such as Corporate Card. Transportation, and
Security Management)
Monitor &create monthly report for General Affairs' budget
Create monthly purchase for General Affairs' need
Maintain the relationship with related parties and/or vendors
Vehicle Testing
Tanggung Jawab
Making test plan for vehicle and component evaluation
Communication with suppliers regarding technical spec
Conducting actual testing
Evaluate the technical specs
Persyaratan
Have knowledge in QC/SOP/Drawing/Engineering matter
Good command in English, Data Analysis & Computer Literate
Have Driver’s License would be beneficial
Field Practice - Content Creator Support
Tanggung Jawab
Experiencing work and collaboration with our Marketing Strategy team to create content for Company branding
Persyaratan
Final year student (Diploma/Bachelor Degree)
Willing to commit a full-time field practice for 3 - 6 months
Willing to work in a dynamic environment
Have basic skills and knowledge in video editing & graphic design (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
Familiar in social media content development
