Posisi dan Kualifikasi

PT Indika Indonesia Resources (member of Indika Energy) located in South Jakarta, is looking for qualified and passionate candidates to fill positions: Tax Department Head
 
Responsibility:
·      Controls and review the preparation of transaction, calculation of tax payment and filing tax returns
·      Reviewing Royalty Calculation for Coal
·      Ensure timely compliance with audit requirements from local tax authorities, ensuring the application of uniform and consistent quality standards across the legal entities under responsibility
·      Responsible for leading Tax Disputes (Audit, Objection, and Appeal)
·      Maintain and Review Yearly Tax Reporting Dateline
·      Review on payment and reporting tax due to minimize Tax Penalties
·      Responsible for Corporate Income Tax Return
·      Responsible for Transfer Pricing documentation and review on intercompany transaction
·      Having good knowledge on Customs and Tax Regulation

Requirement:
·      Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Tax
·      Minimum 7-8 years of experience in in the related field
·      Having excellence knowledge Indonesia Taxation Policy and Regulation in coal mining company
·      Preferably form Coal Mining Company or Taxation Consultant
·      Having Brevet A & B Certification
·      USKP Certification would be advantageous
·      Able to operate Tax Software such as eSPT and eFaktur
·      Familiar with SAP and ePNPB
·      Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem solving and communication skill
·      Placement: Head Office Jakarta
