PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR) is a mining company based in Indonesia that is engaged in the exploration, mining, and processing of gold and silver. The only place of operation is at the Martabe Gold Mine in North Sumatra. Company functions are managed from Jakarta.
Mineral Resources as of June 30, 2020, reached 7.6 million ounces of gold and 66 million ounces of silver. Production began at Martabe on 24 July 2012. The operating capacity of the Martabe Gold Mine is exceeds 6 million tonnes of ore per year to produce more than 300.000 ounces of gold and 2-3 million ounces of silver pery year.

PTAR employs more than 3,000 employees and contractors, over 99% of whom are Indonesian nationals, and more than 70% of whom are recruited from local residents. PTAR is committed to creating sate and efficient operations, minimizing environmental impact, and ensuring our existence provides long-term benefits to all local stakeholders.

The majority shareholder in PTAR is PT Danusa Tambang Nusantara, which is owned by PT United Tractors, Tbk (60%) and PT Pamapersada Nusantara (40%), with a total share of 95%. PT United Tractors Tbk is a public company whose shares are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and is also subsidiary of PT Astra International Tbk. PT United Tractors, Tbk's share ownership consists of 59.50 by PT Astra International Tbk and 40.50% by the public. PT. Pamapersada Nusantara is 99.99% owned by PT United Tractors, Tbk. 5% of the Company's shares are owned by PT Artha Nugraha Agung which is jointly owned by PT Pembangunan Prasarana Sumatera Utara with 30% and PT Tapanuli Selatan Membangun with 70%.

Posisi dan Kualifikasi

ENGINEER MECHANICAL RELIABILITY
(FIXED PLANT) (PRO 2210068)

This position is based at Martabe Site in Processing (Maintenance) Department, and reports directly to the Coordinator-Engineering and Reliability. The Role is to manage the Reliability Engineering function within fixed plant maintenance and provide technical support to the Maintenance execution teams in line with operational needs. This role will work as part of a team and seek continuous improvement opportunities and provide professional support to the broader maintenance group, seek to improve reliability of the crushing, milling and gold extraction circuits in line with business plans, and also provide support and coaching on reliability principles to the Condition Monitoring technicians and employees across the maintenance and operations teams.

Qualifications and Experiences:
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Possess broad based, minimum have 3 years of experience in similar engineering roles within the mining, oil and gas or similar heavy industrial environment
3. Have Vibration, Oil Analysis and NDT Training Qualification.
4. Desirable have Formal Root Cause Analysis training / qualification.
5. A good understanding of world class mining standards and associated safety standards (ANZS, BS, IEC, ASTM& PAS 55)
6. A good understanding of 'Computer Maintenance Management Systems' (CMMS).
7. Extensive previous experience with reliability engineering in a mining process plant or heavy industry environment.
8. Desirable have hands on knowledge of Pronto or similar CMMS software and knowledge in maintenance tactics development tools (RCM, FMEA, PMO etc).
9. Broad based comprehensive experience with Mechanical maintenance, problem-solving and inspection processes
10. Good knowledge of predictive maintenance methodologies and understanding of different condition monitoring technologies (Condition Monitoring training; Vibration Analysis, Thermography, Oil Analysis, NDT techniques).
11. Monitor equipment wear rates and use this data to optimise PM tasks.
12. Interpretation of engineering drawings
13. Facilitate Root Cause Failure Analysis as required. ldentify and implement required corrective actions. Complete required documentation.
14. Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
15. Computer literacy with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and Internet.
16. Reasonable English language verbal and written communication skills.
17. Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
18. Pays a high level of attention to standard and detail.

JUNIOR ENGINEER TSF
(TSF 2210069)

This position is based at Martabe Site in TSF Operations Department, and reports directly to the Engineer-TSE.

The Role is to:
Responsible in all field and lab tests of concrete and soil, also include to maintain test result record (documentation) in good manner (easy to find and read)
Ensure fheld and lab concrete and soil test according to standard requirement
Ensure QAOC for TSF construction meet specification.
Active communication to QA/QC Engineer of contractor.
Advice Supervisor in daily basis inrelated to tests result.
Develop subordinate by conduct on job training.
Running in house soil lab belong to PTAR and operate concrete compressive strength test.

Qualifications and Experiences:
1. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering with minimum GPA 3.0 from accredited University.
2 Desirable have certihcate of training for concrete and or Soil.
3 Desirable have work experience in Dam construction.
4 Understanding soil mechanic and concrete mix design.
5. Familiar with concrete and soil test for field and lab.
6. Fluent in English.
7. Have knowledge in Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Project), Plaxis, AutoCAD, Soil Investigation and Soil/ concrete Lab Test, and Slope Stability Analysis.
