Subsidiary of Medco Energi Internasional, Tbk. for oil and gas activities in Indonesia, focusing on upstream activity, exploration, development and production of crude oil and natural gas.MedcoEnergi’s upstream activities began with its 1992 acquisition of Tesoro’s Oil and Gas E&P contracts (Sanga-Sanga/Samboja/Tarakan Blocks TAC and Tarakan Block PSC) in East Kalimantan, MedcoEnergi proceeded to successfully demonstrated its capability in redeveloping and improving the production of mature fields in East Kalimantan. The success in enhancing the performance of mature fields in East Kalimantan, on top of the successful stocks IPO in early fourth quarter 1994, strengthened MedcoEnergi’s confident to expand its upstream activities. In 1995 the Company acquired PT Stanvac Indonesia from Exxon and Mobil Oil. The Company acquired Oil and Gas E&P contracts (PSCs) in South Sumatra through this transaction
Posisi dan Kualifikasi
Kami sedang mencari beberapa kandidat Contract Engineer, yang memiliki pengalaman bekerja di Brownfield Oil & Gas Onshore Projects. Posisi ini akan ditempatkan di Jakarta, dengan beberapa kunjungan ke asset Perusahaan, Posisi ini akan bekerja di dalam team Procurement and Contract – Project Onshore.Job Purpose
1. Support Project Manager and/or users to ensure all contractual requirements and implementation meet the project objectives with specific schedule and budget plan agreed.
2. Deliver Service Contract for various projects, including but not limited to creating Scope of Work & Owner Estimate, contract upload and expedite contract/tender in the system, involve in tender process.
3. As focal point and person in charge in dealing with contractors, including to related functions in the regulatory bodies for planning approval, managing, monitoring and control report, towards closing of contracts.
Job requirement specification & Skills
1. Minimum working experience of 10 years, with experience at least 7 years in commercial departments and/or Projects (Contract Engineers, Contract Specialist, Quantity Surveyor)
2. Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Petroleum, etc. )
3. Experience with PTK 007 and/or any other contractual standard implementation is highly preferred
4. Initiative and possess good interpersonal skills, communication skill, and good personality traits, pro-active hard worker and able to perform satisfactorily under pressure.
5. Experience in creating Contract Draft, PO & amendments/ Change Orders, liaise with Supply Chain, Finance, Project Management Team, Engineering Team, Legal, Contractors and Sub-contractors and Management level.
6. Have a good proficiency in English both oral and written
7. Advance skills in Microsoft office software such as MS Word, Excel and Power Point; competent in MS Project,
