Main Responsibilities:
Ensure all regionally determined targets are met by Telesales Executives for all KPI and performance measurements (Revenue, International Shipment, Active Customer Growth, Productivity, and New Business Acquisition)
Conduct Territory Planning Sessions & Joint Calls accordingly as global standard and record it in customer management tools in a timely manner.
Assist the Telesales Manager in strategy development, report preparation and list submission required by the management
Handle escalated and unresolved calls from Telesales Executives – including complaint handling via several communication channels.
Ensure the discipline, productivity, and tardiness of the team in daily basis by increasing effective selling time.
Initiate and lead regular cross-function meetings with various departments and ensure all Telesales internal activities are planned and handled accordingly, including engagement activities.
YOUR PROFILE:
Minimum Bachelor Degree with related discipline
5 years’ relevant experience with 1 year in supervisory role, preferably in logistics / transportation industry or multinational companies
Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Fluent in Bahasa and English
