Job Purpose and Impact
The Business Development Associate will identify, evaluate and negotiate new sales and marketing growth opportunities across multiple areas. In this role, you will perform significant analysis to identify and develop optimal revenue models, sales and distribution channels, pricing and new product development strategies.
Key Accountabilities
Develop and monitor profitability, productivity and growth targets.
Plan and coordinate business reviews, resource allocations, organization structures and financial analysis.
Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships such as financial arrangements, customer sharing and intellectual property rights.
Prioritize and track investments across new product development initiatives.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience

Production Planner
Location : Gresik, Indonesia
Job Purpose and Impact
The Production Planner will oversee master planning, material requirements planning and production planning for teams assigned CCC Gresik plant. In this role, you will provide guidance by participating in setting goals and objectives that ensure integration of manufacturing policies, processes and programs and oversee all master production, production scheduling and material requirements planning for a large team across a large network with high planning complexity.
Key Accountabilities
Support team through issue resolution process when supply does not meet demand.
Provide support to ensure appropriate master schedule, material requirements plan and production scheduling activities are performed to meet customer demand.
Collaborate with senior supply and inventory manager to ensure appropriate information flow between integrated business planning and tactical execution activities.
Review and analyze master production planning, production scheduling and material requirements planning metrics targets.
Other duties as assigned
Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum two year of directly related work experience

Job Purpose and Impact
The Production Shift Leader ensures safe working conditions for our shift personnel. We seek a professional who will maintain our equipment per established guidelines and processes. In this role you will control output of the finished product in accordance with the established requirements and production plans.
Key Accountabilities
Plan, organize, coordinate and control the tasks and functions of subordinate staff in the shift activities.
Ensure the production output meets the required standards, specifications, and other established guidelines.
Supervise and controls of raw materials.
Achieve the unit's key performance indicators and develops activities aimed at their improvement.
Develop internal standards, procedures, instructions and staff training in accordance with the requirements of the company.
Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
