Profil PerusahaanTanjung Jati B Coal Fired Power Plant is located on the north shoreline of Java island at a point known as the Muria Peninsula. The total plant area consist 150 hectares within Tubanan Village, Kembang Region, approximately 83 km north east of the city of Semarang, and 25 km north of the town of Jepara, Central Java.
Tanjung Jati B Coal Fired Power Plant is a product of the dynamic Indonesian national energy strategy, a strategy which encourages international investment to provide for the security and availability of electrical power for the people of Indonesia.
The Tanjung Jati Power Plant compliments the existing transmission infrastructure and current power producers; it facilitates 2x660 MW of additional reliable power, economically and in an environmentally responsible manner.
Posisi dan KualifikasiMECHANICAL TECHNICIAN ( WORKSHOP )
Work Experience : Minimum 1 years
Mechanical Technician is under Third Party Contract in general Execute all Maintenance works in area and fill in maintenance checklists, Record and identify any defects and/or failures

- Bachelor Degree or Diploma from Mechanical Engineering
- General knowledge of power plant process
- Understand mechanical drawings
- General knowledge of rotating and static equipment
- Able to use computer for reporting and update MMS
- Able to use mechanical measurement tools
- Able to welding and grinding is advantages
- Able to reading alignment tools (laser or dial)
- Able to use lathe machine etc
INDUSTRIAL RELATION & EMPLOYEE SERVICES OFFICER
Work Experience : 3-4 Years Experience
Responsible to monitoring & develop implementation of employee policies and procedures, handle grievance, dispute and any industrial relation
- Responsible to monitoring & develop implementation of employee policies and procedures, handle grievance, dispute and any industrial relation. Prepare document regarding industrial/employee relation in complience to the provision of management dicision, company policy, labor law and other legal requirement. Update media information containing all aspects related HR program/update/issue. Assist, monitoring and reporting process of performance management system
- Bachelor Degree - Law / Psychology
- 3 - 4 years experience in Industrial Relation sector or law firm
- Strong knowledge Indonesian Law and Regulations, Labour Law
- Having knowlegde HR Information system
- Excellent coommunication skill, Logical thinking
- People Handling skill, Quick decision maker, Teamwork
- Performance management awareness
