JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Supervise daily activities of distributor's sales and distribution performance
- Monitoring and controlling active outlet and brand distribution including brands availability & visibility
- Achieve sales target, new open outlet target and any others target set by management
- Managing. controlling and coaching salesman traditional retail & grocery of distributor
- Build and maintain strong relationship with outlet and distributor
- Posses at least Associate Degree (D3) in any major
- Having at least 1 year of working experience on the same position
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator/Team Leader in FMCG Industry
- Having driver license (mandatory: SIMC)
- Required skills: Communication, Leadership, Selling. Negotiation, Motivating.
- Coaching & Problem Solving
- Required knowledge: Distribution & Coverage Management
