Posisi dan Kualifikasi
General Affairs Team LeaderREQUIREMENTS:
- Posess bachelors Degree in any major.
- Minimum4 years of working experience in General Affairs field.
- Preferably Supervisor/coordinator Level.
- Experience in Procurement/Logistic / Asset Management will be an advantage.
- Required Skills: Microsoft Office, Google Workspaces, Administration.
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and fast-learner.
- Detail-oriented, resilient, neat and perform teamwork spirit
- Work location: Head office, West Jakarta.
- General affairs planning in each branch with following company needs.
- Able to prepare the building management with good documentation and analyze the inventory management according to the stock opname.
- Monitoring the distribution process and accommodation usage according to the operational and/or on-duty travel.
- Ensure Proper periodic reporting on general affairs activities.
- Planning. implementing and evaluating the procurement or branch assets
- Supporting all operational activities (purchasing & logistic, building management, accommodation, reporting).
Full vaccination against Covid-19 is required
