Plan and develop company performance goals concept, performance system definition, and composition
of performance score to ensure the implementation of Performance Management System.
Monitor and ensure the implementation of performance management system in accordance with
procedures.
Analyze and provide recommendations regarding the distribution of performance with business unit and
company-wide.
Act as an independent party regarding aligning accountabilities of supervisors and subordinates.
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree from Management, Psychology or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 3 years working experience as Performance Management Staff.
Having strong knowledge in Performance Manage ment/ Performance Appraisal and Individual
Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
Detail-oriented.
Strong analytical skill.
Willing to be placed in BSD City.
Accounting Staff

Job Descriptions
Recording and reporting of financial reports (monthly, annual, BAPEPAM).
Tax recording and reporting (monthly, annual and tax data requests both internally and externally).
Prepare requests for internal and external audit data.
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Tax.
Certified in Tax Brevet A/B.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field.
Computer literate (Ms. Office).
Familiar with SAP, PSAK, and taxation.
Familiar in handling audited financial statement.
Have great communication skills.
Able to work fast with a deadline.
Willing to be placed in Menteng, Central Jakarta.
Tax & Finance Estate Staff

Job Descriptions
Create monthly and yearly tax report.
Responsible for the accuracy data (verification, recording, and payment).
Manage data archives of financial transaction and corporate tax documents.
Provide documents and administration (financial statements).
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree from Acco
Minimum 1 years of working experience as accounting or tax.
Having certification brevet A/B ill be advantage.
Good communication skill.
Innovative, discipline, honest, diligent & have integrity.
Computer literate (Ms. Office).

Creating tax reports.
Data Maintenance at SAP (Daily selling report and selling reconciliation).
Tax Reconciliation.
Preparing data for weekly and monthly to support selling and maintain virtual account.
Preparing data for internal and external auditor.
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Management, and Administration.
Minimum 2 years of working experience as Accounting Staff prefer ably in property developer
company.
Familiar with SAP System.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work accurately.
Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
