Job Title: Instrument Engineer
Location: Cikarang
Job Description:
The Instrument Engineer is responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of equipment as per operational demands. The Instrument Engineer improves maintenance related nonproductive time ratio of the Product Line's assets within the Maintenance Base (MB), and improves maintenance efficiency and people productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Working with a full HSE focus in conjunction with Schlumberger standards
- Providing electronic maintenance , troubleshooting, repair and modification with high quality standard based on standard working instruction along with operational check before and after any maintenance
- Creating a project dispatch plan by working alongside maintenance team to ensure best possible services to client
- Reviewing, maintaining, and ordering materials and supply needed for every project both pre-dispatch and ongoing project
- Working as a part of team in handling minor and major maintenance of equipment and assisting its needs.
- Follow the maintenance plan on equipment and ensuring all maintenance process workflow are properly recorded
- Coordinating and with leader or maintenance supervisor for daily task
- Minimum education D3
- Hard worker and capable of working in groups as well as independently
- Expertise in electronic component, circuit diagram and system
- Capable to performed soldering until component level / having IPC certification valid will be advantage
- Capable using basic measurement and electronic equipment
- Excellent in troubleshooting skill
- Min 2 years working as Instrument Engineer or electronic technician
- Capable on using and operating Wireline Acquisition system to perform operational check IST/OST
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Reliable and Flexibility on working schedule and working hours
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Capable to handle changes and have a fresh approach to any challenges
