KS Orka is a project developer focusing exclusively on the development of geothermal resources. Our team has over 30 years of collective experience in developing, managing and financing geothermal energy and power projects.KS ORKA acknowledges the potential of geothermal energy in Indonesia. Our vision in Indonesia is to deliver geothermal power in a clean, safe and responsible way for the benefit of the people of Indonesia. We do that by applying KS Orka’s innovative Incremental Business Model to develop and accelerate geothermal power projects, with a target of up to 1,000 MW in Indonesia by 2022.
KS Orka applies the modular power plant technology from Kaishan Manufacture, our sponsor, in our projects. The technology allows us to develop geothermal resources in more cost efficient and environmentally friendly manner.

Civil SupervisorLocation: Mandailing Natal, North Sumatera
Job Description:
Plan, organize, supervise, and control Civil Construction work efficiently and effectively
including standard and operating procedures development, and operation improvement;
Supervise civil works construction performed by EPC contractors to ensure all within determine
schedule, budget and quality:
Manage technical interfacing from each contractor to maintain simultaneous work of civil,
mechanical, piping, E&l and operation;
Develop project plan, schedule material and manpower, in order to provide activity guideline
for the forthcoming year.
Job Specification:
Bachelor Degree majoring Civil Engineering from reputable University.
Having minimum 5 years' experience as Civil Supervisor, preferable has experience in
Geothermal Industry, mining, EPC Company and/ or Renewable Energy Company:
Having experience managing multi-discipline personnel and contractors;
Mastery in reading Engineering Design Drawing:
Knowledge of Civil International standard;
Good computer literacy and other proticient related software (Ms. Office, AutoCad, etc);
Proficient in English, verbal and written;
Ability to work under pressure and respond to critical deadlines:
Good communication and interpersonal skill;
High motivation, good team work and able to work independently:
Willing to locate in our Project Site at Mandailing Natal under roster schedule.
