Posisi dan Kualifikasi

Maintenance Electrical Instrument Planner
  • Merdeka Copper Gold is currently searching for experienced and qualified tal ents for Maintenance Electrical Instrument Planner. This position reports directly to the Superintendent Mainten ance Planning & Reliability Engineer.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Collect OEM manual extract maintenan ce process, parts requirement, specific tools, and resources requirement
  • Prepare PM task completed with BOM, resource plan and interval, and upload to pronto
  • Prepare parts and component requirement plan, define inventory standard. Register parts into pronto
  • Prepare maintenance check sheet, worksheet, instructions, and task parameter for execution
  • Record all maintenance activities and equipment event on a routine basis to establish process to analyse and improve across maintenance sites for the effectiveness of maintenance process chain.
  • Implement Asset manage ment standard by understand thee requirement, conduct process stated and necessary support and audits to improve site compliance to standard
  • To prepare maintenance planned work by define necessary appropriate task, develop complete work packages. The package should contain task activities and qualities, source the materials and resources required.
