PT. Lintas Bahari Nusantara was established in 2001. The founder of the company, Antonius Chandra has a humble beginning, starting his career as a technician that fixes ship engines. From there onwards, his passion and love for ship never stopped. He started this company from acquiring one ship, and slowly upgrade and expand the fleet size to more than a dozen ship.PT. Lintas Bahari Nusantara or LBN for short, provides sea-freight services all over Indonesia. Our fleets are spread all over the country, transporting goods from one island to another. With decades of experience in the maritime industry, PT. LBN is still driven to expand and improve its fleet size to be one of the largest sea-freight services company in Indonesia.
With PT. LBN having the capabilities to stand on its own, our founder did not stop there. We now have a couple of sister companies or affiliation that is also in the maritime industry, but different objectives. One of our important sister company is PT. Harapan Teknik Shipyard (HTS), a shipyard that provides ship repair and maintenance.
Posisi dan Kualifikasi
PT. Lintas Bahari Nusantara membuka lowongan :OPERATIONAL STAFF
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure all operational activities run smoothly
Minimizing operational fund expenditure
Update information related to shipping regulations
Ensure the use of fuel on board ini accordance with company operatinal standards
Ensuring the maintenance of the ship by the crew goes well and sustainably
Ensuring the health and technical feasibility ofall ship units
Controlling the operational efectiveness and productivity of the operated fleet through
coordination with related parties, both agents and authorities, etc
Check and re-check the request for the purchase of ship spare parts, installation of ship spare
parts, shiprepairs, monthly ship purchases, crew monthly meals and crew monthly premiums
Prepare the ship's operational budget Monthly report to Director
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
S1 Education Majoring in Transportation / Sailing, Academy/Engineering
Has minimum 1 years of experience in shipping operations
Have extensive relationships and good relationships with shipping vendors
Have the ability to speak English
Have good experience and ability in planning, organization, and negotiation
Able to work under pressure, independent, honest, disciplined, firm and manageable
