PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL) is a well-known oil and gas tanker company in Indonesia that was established on May 12th, 2005 to meet the need for world-class domestic oil, gas, and chemical transportation services. Over the years, BULL has proven its ability to not only succeed in strong markets but also prosper during market downturns. With experienced management for more than three decades catering to numerous domestic and international clients, BULL has taken the standards of International shipping into domestic waters.We started out with a range of oil and gas tanker, designed and dedicated to carry crude oil and oil products, as well as gas products such as LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas). We became the first domestic shipping company that own and operate VLGC (Very Large Gas Carrier) in Indonesia.
BULL officially listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011 to enhance its ability to grow with its opportunities. To strengthen its vision and mission, in 2018, The Company changed its logo and company name to PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk. to emphasize its fresh start as a dynamic and growing company.
Posisi dan Kualifikasi
ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE CONTROLLERResponsibilities:
- .Ensuring outstanding receivables Freight, Charter In Pertamina, Charter In non-Pertamina, Demurrage, SOA, and other receivable are summarized and collected.
- Ensuring all incoming funds are prepared accurately within the same day.
- Ensuring customers data are completed and updated.
- Planning and monitoring daily and weekly, the schedule periode of outstanding eivables, can be collected.
- Planning and monitoring schedule for collection purpose.
- Monitoring all incoming vouchers to be posted at the same month.
- Monitoring the due date of all outstanding receivable.
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Minimal 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required Skill(s): Finance management, computer literate.
- Have achievement orientation, customer service orientation, continuous improvement, and good interpersonal relationship.
- Able to analyze issue and use sound judgment, planning organizing, orientation to detail, work efficienctly, concern for order, business process understanding, interpersonal persuasiveness ability, developing others and team leadership.
- Proficiency in English, both oral & writtten.
