We'er Looking for Training and Development OfficerREQUIREMENT:
1. Bachelor Degree
2. Experience as Training & Development Officer in Agriuculture Industry minimal 3 years
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. To perform the design process of organizational structure and roles
2. To perform the process of job analysis, job description & KPI and maintain employee KPI
3. To facilitate the development and implementation of employee performance measurement
4. To summarize annual performance appraisal
5. To create training module, development tools and learning materials as needed
6. To deliver training module based on training plan
7. To deliver training new employee orientation program and responsible for evaluating training and learning program
