Production Supervisor

Requirements:
Diploma 3/ Bachelor's degree from Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineeringg
3 years' experience in processing at palm oil industries (Refinery, Fractionation, Biodiesel, & Refined Glycerin)
Understand about Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) knowledge especially at manufacturing industry
Good Leadership and Excellent communication (Bahasa and English) Understand using Ms. Office (Word, Excel, and ppt)
Good analytical thinking and understand about troubleshooting in daily ope rating process


Job description:
Supervise production activities according to the plan & safe working procedure
Carry out good coordination with other department like Engineering/Maintenance, QA/ac, PPIC
Utility 8& Operation to support the production process to fuifil quality & capacity
Find out the right troubleshooting for each operation issues, prepare the planning for repair or modication
Prepare daily production report & validate the report made by operator
Take decision for product transfer activity to reduce downtime
Control & make sure the adequacy of water, steam, compressed air, fuel, chemicals supply (methanol, sodium methylate, HCI, NaOH, phos phoric acid, BE, citric acid, etc) & other supporting material.
Support the manager in giving ideas or innovations to improve production performance especially cost saving program
Provide schedule/planning for maintenance/cleaning, replacement & modification of processing equipment
Implement SHE in sustainable manner and ensure there is no operational activities that cause environmental pollution (water, soil && air)


Production Operator, WTP Operator, WWTP Operator
Requirements:
Senior High School/ Diploma / Bachelor's degree from Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering
Know about Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) knowledge especial ly at manufacturing industry
Good work attitude, integrity, and discipline
Know about using Ms. Office (Word, Excel, and ppt)
Good analytical thinking and understand about troubleshooting in daily operating process
Production Operator : 2 years' experience in processing at palm oil industries (Refinery Fractionation, Biodiesel, & Refined Glycerin)
WTP Operator: 2 years' experience in Water Treatment Plant (WTP)
wWTP Operator: 2 years' experience in Waste Water Treatnment Plant (wWTP) especially at palm oil processing

Job description:
Carry out operational activities in palm oil proce ssing/ WTP/wWTP, handl ing of ambient,
noise, B3, solid, liquid in accordance with SOP & standard/guidance from Safety team
Operating and maintenance the palm ail machine/ WTP machine /WwTP machine
Ensure the plant area still on the clean and safe condition
Manage and maintain tolls related on each area
