Role Summary
Come work on time, collect and scan all shipments at facility according to respective area and leave for customers as soon as possible.
Main Responsibilities
- Check all other delivery sheet before leaving for customers.
- Ensure that all equipment such as Scanners, radio, uniforms, AWBs, vehicles, ID card, etc are proper and ready.
- Pick up and deliver shipments within his own area promptly and follow standard operating procedures (fill AWBs, use scanner, be polite and friendly, etc).
- Submit all cash collected from customers to the operations cashier and SDR/scanner to Wand operator immediately upon arrival.
- Return undeliverable shipments to warehouse
- Male, age between 20 – 28 years old.
- Minimal having Bachelor Degree
- Eager to achieve (work) target.
- Able to work independent, adopt sudden change, make priorities, managing time & task effectively.
- English conversant is an advantage.
- Able to drive a car & having A or B license.
Data Admin Agent

Role Summary
Cleansing of shipments records enabling the Clearance team to complete the Customs declarations for compliance.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in the collation of the necessary documents for BTO shipments to facilitate smooth handover of the documents to the appointed broker
- If a shipment record is not available, the DAA will assist to create an initial shipment record for the over-landed shipment using the commercial documents available on the physical shipment.
- Minimal bachelor Degree
- 2-3 years working experience in customs clearance environment
- Good communication skills (English), spoken and written
- Having good knowledge on Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Able to set clear and realistic goals and objectives.
- Establishes a course of action and a sequence of steps to ensure that activities and objectives are efficiently achieved.

Role Summary
Determine and classify the shipment commodities in accordance to the national tariff classifications tables available, and corresponding duty and tax rates
Main Responsibilities
- Corresponding duty and tax rates taking into consideration Country of origin for preferential treatment, Concessions or Exemptions applicable to the shipment commodity or importer / exporter; and Applicable customer instructions
- Compute a preliminary assessment on the duty and taxes payable to the external agencies (including any additional taxes and fees or charges payable to DHL
- Assign the shipment records where it is not able to compute a preliminary duty and tax assessment due to incomplete or inadequate information available on the shipment record to the Clearance Support Group for further investigation and resolution
- Assign the shipment record when it is determined to contain prohibited or restricted shipments (as identified from HTS classifications) to Clearance Support for verification and resolution
- In event that the computed preliminary duty and taxes payable exceeds the DHL approved limits, the Classification Agent will assign the shipment record to Clearance Support to obtain the payment approvals unless there exists pre-recorded customer approvals to make the excess payments

• Provide the full suite of customer service offerings (including bookings, enquiries, tracking and tracing supply requests etc.) to Key Account customers in addition to customized contracted services (e.g. Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reports at specific time frames / interval etc.)

• Make joint visits to key account customers with sales staff as and when necessary to solicit feedback to improve the service provided to the customers
• Work with Gateway, Operations and the DHL Network to achieve promised transit times, service levels and other contracted service requirements for Key Account customers
• Actively handle customers enquiries by liaising with various functions to ensure satisfactory resolution
• Lead and drive customer satisfaction by providing best in class standards with a view towards establishing and maintaining a competitive advantage
• Identify and promote areas with potential for revenue generation to cross-sell, upsell services including value added services (e.g. Shipment Insurance, Extended Liability, TDD and the use of ESS tools)
• Assist supervisor (if applicable) to carry out relevant CS orientation / training programs for new or existing CS staff
• 4 years experience in Customer Service in service-related industry, handling and • 4 years experience in Customer Service in service-related industry, handling and resolving customers’ issues and complaints
• Excellent spoken and written language skill with a cheerful, confident, professional and courteous tone
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relates well with a wide range of employees/customers
