Posisi dan KualifikasiSkin Care Packaging Asst Manager
Main Accountabilities :
- Support packaging development projects for different Unilever Skincare brands
- Interpret the global project brief, and determine the project network, required technical development tasks with strong packaging background and self-guidance.
- Lead the packaging-related activities on a daily basis to support innovation project.
- Support packaging design fit for purpose validation (packing line trial, transit trial etc.)
- Organize and lead filling trial and issue reports
- Conduct lab experiments to qualify the packaging according to Unilever packaging action standard.
- Using Unilever systems to manage packaging development incl. lab testing, specification writing, data analysis
- Support packaging cost saving projects.
- Explore alternative pack materials and systems to support Unilever sustainability agenda (less, better and no plastic)
- Support qualify new pack materials and components (injection moulding, blowing moulds, tubes etc)
- Collect consumer insights to understand packaging design and give input to Global R&D
- Support PKG manager to define PKG strategy and implement it in the projects
- Verbally or in writing communicate internally and externally (supplier, agency, the rest of Unilever), e.g. presentation and reports with high quality by themselves
As an Assistant Customer Development Finance (CDF) Manager, you will partner with one of our business partners (Commercial) to drive business performance and give decision support.
Started with setting targets, creating plans, and producing forecasts which are aligned to the strategy, identifying KPIs that help business to understand actual performance, hold the business to account for performance, and making decisions support that are more timely effective, strategically aligned, and value-maximizing even when you’re not the final decision-maker.

CTI Manager for Skin Care & Muslim insights
- Ability to deliver Holistic Design thinking via consumer/sensory research and claims development
- Ability to design Consumer/Sensory research and develop
Claims and Demo support strategy.
- Ability to derive new insights coming from market trends analysis, e-commerce review and social commerce/ social media activities and them into insights and/or new product opportunities
- Ability to utilize competitive information and trends and translating them into concepts and claims and product innovation opportunities.
- Ability to communicate insights within and outside R&D to ensure that these land into innovation projects and compelling claims
- Ability to strengthen the relationship & engagement with external agencies : consumer market research agencies, Sensory panel agencies and academia Interpretation of scientific data and turn these into insights and/or product opportunities.
Work closely with Data Science and Digital R&D teams for data modelling and future initiatives within global/cluster CTI teams like big data analysis, artificial intelligence
- Strong management experience working with multi-functional teams and mentoring/coaching junior team members
- Strong project leadership to implement the Consumer Technical Insights (CTI) program for Skin Care globally working and collaborating closely with Global and regional cluster teams.
- Responsible for workplace service for 6 factories in Cikarang area
- Be accountable for day-to-day service delivery in Cikarang Site in line with established service levels, whether provided by a third party or in house by Unilever Lead workplace services organization and service delivery in Cikarang sites, which supported by 4 direct reports
- Manage day to day operations together with in house contractor and several service providers for catering and pick up services
- Partnering with the business in terms of providing the best services for Cikarang Site operation and employees
- Set up the strategy for all in-house contractor and services provider and controlling them thoroughly
- Cost keeper for in-house contractor and services provider in line with the business needs Negotiating all cost structure with in-house contractor and services provider and crafting the business agreement in yearly basis
- Facilitate regular performance reviews with service providers and/or insourced operations teams with geography leadership teams, holding both the supplier(s) and the client accountable for their part in successful delivery
- Build and maintain positive working relationship with service providers and other key stakeholders
- Facility Management & booking process
- Managing all in expatriate (register until get the work permit from local government) also out of the Cikarang Site (report back)
