Then come and join our Indonesian team as Service Logistics Team Leader to execute all logistics responsibilities in accordance with approved policies and ensure that all processes and procedures are adhered within the applicable Laws and Regulations of the land.
Your mission and responsibilities:
- You will lead and execute all SCM/Logistic responsibilities for CS In-Vivo and In-Vitro including planning strategy, work & process optimization and overall controlling of the entrusted portfolio.
- You will drive, re-strategies, synchronize, and escalate to close gaps when delays or risks are involved in meeting commitments to customers.
- You will analyze the effectiveness of policies and initiate process improvements and programs for future directions.
- You will be responsible as a champion, troubleshoot and resolve root cause problems & issue with internal departments and external service providers in breaking down bottlenecks, delays, hindrances and obstacles of every kind with the purpose of achieving excellent SCM/Logistics services.
- You will lead and execute the required financial and non-financial targets i.e. meet the SA & Webcycle Schedules, on-time GRIR postings, Preferred Partner Status, Preferred Troubleshooting Partner Status, Productivity Cost Savings, Inventory Management / MRP and proper purchases, storing, maintenance, calibration of assets according to QSE requirements.
- You will lead and execute strategies to ensure relevant NSI for the year are achieved.

- Minimum Diploma in SCM/Logistics or related Business studies with at least 3 years’ experience.
- Good knowledge in SAP and External Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Good knowledge in SCM – Procurement, Customs, Logistics, Import, Export, Warehousing & Transportation.
- Experienced in analyze Logistics data, Cost and Forwarders performance for improvements and initiate improvements processes for ISO process
- You are firm, persistent, good communicator and an excellent negotiator with problem solving skills.
- You are able to handle work demand, pressure with high sense of urgency and committed to success of each assignment.
- You have positive attitude to work in challenging environment and embracing high performance culture.
