If you are
· Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Management or Industrial Engineering
· At least 2 year(s) of working experience as same position
· Experience in business process OD & Performance Appraisal
· Having knowledge to HR System (SAP HR)
· Willingness to be placed at Head Office
