- Help keep the aggravation level low and productivity high by joining our team as a Sr.Information Technology Desktop Analyst.
- In this position, you apply a high level of IT skills in direct support of Halliburton employees and their partners by troubleshooting and resolving complex desktop software and hardware problems.
- You will provide deskside and remote support in the use of systems in a LAN/WAN environment.
- Back up your work with follow-up visits to ensure satisfaction. In addition, you will help supervise others.
- An A+ certificate or equivalent work experience, Microsoft Certified Personnel certificate or equivalent work experience; NET+ certificate or equivalent work experience and minimum of four years experience in IT desktop support, including experience in basic network administration are required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Management of Information Systems or related discipline is desired
