Job Purpose and Impact
The Territory Manager will participate in face-to- face and remote selling to our new and existing customers, selling directly or indirectly through various sales channels. We seek a results-oriented professional who, with guidance, will help assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and solutions.
Key Accountabilities
- Contribute to developing and delivering sales bids, presentations and proposals and participating in product demonstrations.
- Help identify and contact prospective customers, building relationships to generate future sales and repeat business.
- With basic knowledge of products, their characteristics and market, sell and stimulate demand for a series of products.
- Plan daily activities, including customer visits and quantitative and qualitative objectives to achieve.
- Follow market and competition evolution, passing information to senior staff.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

- Degree in animal husbandry or veterinarian
- Have experience in commercial farm management
- Good communication and skill in poultry husbandry business

Job Purpose and Impact
The R&D Staff is responsible for the preparation and maintenance of all types of product formulas offered through the company's demonstration products list. In this role, you will identify and resolve routine problems in a timely fashion following established guidelines.
Key Accountabilities
- Maintain inventory and availability of product data in business management systems and related databases.
- Perform general laboratory functions including documenting procedures, safe storage of materials, use and disposal of chemicals and regulatory and safety compliance as part of maintaining application laboratory.
- Maintain formula database and batch cards.
- Assist in the coordination and formulation of product formulas for internal work group.
- Assist in the development of data on finished products or raw materials for the purpose of claims substantiation and stability.
- Assist in clinical studies as necessary.
- Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor or Diploma Degree from related education background
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply or candidate with related work experience
- Proficiency in English
