Product Group Planning Manager – Home Care

Innovation
Key SC person in managing Globally/Regionally led innovation projects and ensure OTIF launch.
Closely working with SEAA Category Marketing team, Procurement teams, Regional and Local Finance, Country Planning teams, Global Planning, Engineering & Technology teams Globally/Regionally/Locally and Global and Regional R&D teams in delivering key innovations and projects.
Manage innovation networks for all innovation projects per country
Represent Supply Chain in project team meetings
Build and get alignment on material sourcing strategies
Align manufacturing/sourcing strategies products and markets within SEAA
Align and agree CAPEX planning and implementation for innovations
Build and implement capacity planning for each innovation

Capacity Planning
Ensure the right sourcing strategy within SEAA through Sourcing Masterplan that bring high agility and cost efficiency.
Drive robust cross border sourcing strategy in place through robust RCDSR process to identify potential hotspots early
Ensure structural capacity expansion to support cluster and category growth through utopia principles and capital efficiency
Ensure capital expenditure on Innovation, Capacity and mould are aligned with the category ambition and direction.
Manage SEAA mid to long term (3 years and beyond) capacity planning aligning with the category ambition and country direction.

Savings

Actively involved and working closely with Procurement and R&D in driving material sourcing strategy and drive savings agenda.
Working closely with Sourcing Units and cross functional team to drive simplification in order to bring savings, efficiency and reduce complexity in sourcing units.

Asst. GtM Quality Manager

Business Context and Main Purpose of Job
Assistant Go to Market (GtM) Logistic Quality role works within a Performance Management Unit (PMU).

The role is focused on Quality in market related operations, implementing, executing, improving and providing technical quality support to warehousing, transportation, repacking and customers for QMS (Quality management System) compliance, regulatory compliance, care line support; fragility pyramid, co-ship/co-store, good cold chain practices; on-shelf quality assessments and incident management.

Main Accountabilities (ideally max 10 points)

Initiates activities aimed at managing quality issues with third party logistics, distributors and customers including rejections, complaints, technical support, product handling such as cold chain, waste reduction in customer Provides Quality requirements for physical product returns from customers and provides disposition approval (where needed) Defines picking and stacking rules (fragility pyramid) for local conditions within cluster geography Supports Quality improvement projects within PMU for business complaints, cold chain, and CRQS using data analysis, workshops & toolkits Provides coaching and input to warehouses during external regulatory body audits & inspections (with input from Regulatory Affairs and Legal) Ensures and verifies ongoing compliance to UL Quality management & local regulatory requirements in logistics operations through communication, self-assessment activities, KPI monitoring, technical visits (as needed) and general oversight Validates that new third party warehouse / transportation/repacker providers are capable of meeting UL Quality requirements by conducting technical capability assessments Provides expertise and support to resolve Quality issues / incidents related to warehouses, transportation and customers within PMU Deploys UL Quality strategy, governance and goals through PMU specific projects and targets Provides Quality leadership to influence Quality culture through activities to create passion for products and brands, visibility for quality, quality messaging in logistic operations
