SUPERVISOR HRDProfile:
• Male, age between 37 – 45 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Psychology or Law
• At least 10-15 years of HR experience in HR Operations
• Willing to be placed in Poso, Central Sulawesi
• Sound know-how of and experience in the application of HR concepts, processes and instruments
• Demonstrated good communication skills, strong leadership, initiative, interpersonal skills, ethics, teamwork and well-organized multitasking.
Responsibilities:
This SPV. HR position will be responsible for driving all HR related matters and managing the day to day implementation of all HR initiatives and policies. Reporting to the HR Manager at head office, and ensure that all HR initiatives are in line with corporate objectives.
