Posisi dan Kualifikasi
WE ARE HIRING “Site Engineer”Responsibility:
- Undertake planning, implementation & monitoring of the work schedules according to the master schedule and detailed work program.
- Liaise with client, sub-contractor, consultant & in house personnel to ensure smooth execution of the project
- Monitor the activities of the sub-contractor to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers on project implementation issues a attend work meeting, site progress meeting and safety management meeting
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is require for this position.
- Required Skill(s): supervise
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Contract-Based.
- Can Join Immediately
Drafter MEP (Interim)
Responsibility:
- Work closely with Engineer & Design Manager
- Prepare drawings Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing.
- Ensure compliance with office drafting standards & program E2E constraints
- Ensure that the transferring of information from engineers’ sketches to final drawings is accurate and complete
- Ensure compliance with the office/ project drawing filing systems
- Check own work thoroughly before returning work to the engineer
- Undertake CAD drafting work to the direction of Engineer & Design Manager
- Ensure high quality of drawing work
- Assist in the implementation of new hardware/ software/ systems
- Advise drafting manager of technical standards requiring improving
- Assist in preparing manuals/ standard details, etc.
Experience / Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Required skills: Revit is a must. MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad, Bim Modeler
- Having experience in Gas Station will be advantageous.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Advance IT skills including extensive.
- Knowledge of CAD packages.
- Contract 3 Months
- Can Join Immediately
