Job Purpose and Impact
The Project Construction EHS Supervisorwill implement environmental health and safety management programs by following established corporate and local regulatory requirements.

Key Accountabilities
  • Assess environmental health and safety risks, opportunities and impacts, standards and regulations, and advise on potential impacts to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement programs and processes in alignment with the environmental health and safety regulatory of government, International Standard Organization (ISO) management system and corporate guidelines.
  • Deliver environmental health and safety activities, including emergency response plan, incident/accident management, training implementation and evacuation drill.
  • Handle environmental health and safety related records and reporting.
  • Participate and support regular environmental health and safety audits and certification program in compliance with established standards.
  • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Occupational Health and Safety
  • Having experience around 3 years in project construction
  • Having certification AK3 Umum or AK3 Muda Konstruksi from Kemenaker
  • Contract base around 14 months and willing to be placed at Lampung

Job Purpose and Impact
The Bonded Zone Admin will support coordinating and planning import processes, customs documentation, shipping, and receiving of foreign merchandise to ensure it arrives at correct time. We seek a professional who will provide administrative support to issuing import licenses and completing monetary transactions associated with the import in a timely manner.

Key Accountabilities
  • Maintain established relationships with small accounts, customers, clients, suppliers and other business partners.
  • Assist in executing pre- and postloading processes.
  • Ensure compliance with the home and foreign country government laws and customs regulations.
  • Help prepare and dispatch customer export orders, and plan and direct the flow of air and surface traffic to the final destination.

Job Purpose and Impact
The Communications Manager will develop and align the internal and external communication strategy and take the lead for the communications within Starches, Sweeteners & Texturizers and Cocoa & Chocolate businessin Asia Pacific region to support employee engagement and drive business growth. In this role, you'll work closely with the media relations, digital and social teams as well as internal/external partners including business leaders.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop regional strategy in alignment with the global group communications strategy, to drive effective internal and external communications.
  • Advise regional leadership on effective communications with employees and other critical stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Drive collaboration between integrated teams from various communications practices to build and implement the strategy.
  • Lead, coordinate and execute internal communication campaigns in the region from a content perspective across multiple channels to drive employee engagement and alignment around key business priorities.

Job Purpose and Impact
The Senior Merchant will contribute to handling a supplier base and fulfill transactions delivering commodities that meet production requirements and specifications in terms of timing, volume, quantity and cost. We seek a professional who will help buy imported macro or micro ingredients, as well as other alternative ingredient opportunities in the region.

Key Accountabilities
  • Buying raw materials (mainly imported ingredients, like Soya Bean Meals) for optimal price in order to generate maximum margin taking into consideration quality vs price principle.
  • Global trading team key contact for both imported and local Macro ingredients such as wheat by products, local energy source, mid protein ingredients and small volume from local macro and micro additive.
  • Alternative ingredients sourcing opportunities and evaluation through Bills formulation system with value capture as well as identify the best value supplier for ingredients.
  • Generate key market insight (including competitor movement) to support local SnD and the game plan.
    Enter routine data and run specialty reports from our contract management databases and systems.
  • Research and analyze various freight opportunities in the marketplace to maximize margin.
  • Involve in production planning and close monitor with local supply chain team on logistic and demand planning to fulfill obligation of Cargill Animal Nutrition /Cargill Aquculture Nutritionbusiness in Indonesia
  • Work directly with customers, suppliers and business counterparts to meet their needs in solving routine problems, and addressing complaints and concerns.
    Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
