Data EngineerJob Descriptions :
Develop database design for data warehouse and analytics
Testing the results of data queries and cube designs
Conducting R&D (including POC) on data related technology
Manage internal & external developers related to technical system development
Perform data cleansing, data transformation, data warehouse development, and analysis services according to the solution plan
Requirements :
Bachelor Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent with min GPA 3.00 of 4.00
Having min. 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Mastering Data Warehouse, Query SQL, Analysis Service, SQL Server, Python, Data Factory, Databricks, Spark
Will be advantage: Query Dax, UI/UX, Power BI, API

Account Receivable Analyst
Job Description :
Monitor Collection and Outstanding AR throughout Sera Group
Analysis of AR Outstanding and provide recommendations related to the number of uncollectible accounts
Create a consolidated AR report to internal and external parties
Provide recommendations to Purchasing Committee related to AR performance
Monitor pending billing throughout the business unit and follow up on the balance that has long been outstanding
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, from Accountancy with GPA minimal 3,00 of 4,00.
Having at least 2 year(s) of working experience as a Account Receivable / Finance Analyst / Accounting
Excellent technical skill about accounting
Strong attention to detail, initative, good analytical thinking
Good communication skill both verbal or written in English

Finance & Administration

Control branch cash flow, billing progress and A / R, and verify payment request and proof of debt recognition
Conduct bank checks on payments to vendors and customers
Check the cash condition of branch
Create regular reports on branch performance and branch annual budget
Monitor condition and cost of public facilities and branch assets
Control branch administrative personnel
Implement CSR programs coordinated by Branch Manager
Develop work environment which prioritizes health (facilities and medical check up)
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least bachelor degree majoring Accounting from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00
Fresh graduate (Active Organization) or minimum 1 years of work experiences in Accounting, Finance and Tax Field, as Internal Audit, Accountant Public area will be advantage
Proven create and analyzing financial statement regularly
Strong attention to detail, good analytical thinking, initiavite and customer driven
Good communication skill both verbal or written in English
