Job Description
Mission/Position Headline:
- Knowledge in Electrification, Automation and Drive Products, and Process Automation in some industry sectors.
- Good on-hands experience in tender documents.
- Interpersonal communication and Teamwork skills.
- Development of new solution, typical standard offer, tools and library to improve the speed and accuracy in making offer.
- Organize the proposal and quotation process from RFQ to Final Offer within the requested time and the guideline; which can be include
- Understanding and implementing customer requirements and specifications.
- Technical clarifications.
- Product selection, solution design, and technical optimization by close collaboration with execution team and sub-suppliers.
- Technical risk analysis.
- Cost and price calculation.
- Customer offer and technical proposal.
- Handing over to execution team.
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Mechatronic / Control System or relevant discipline
- Having on hands experience at least 3 years intensive experience in tender / proposal documents for industry sectors.
- Automation and Process Industry background.
- Must good in English, speaking and writing.

- Project Manager with 10 to 15 years experience with in-depth knowledge in Substation Project Management. Candidate with relevant experience with P&L Responsibility worked in Indonesia in PLN and other Industries are preferred.

- 7-15 years experience with Substation Project management experience, preferably with PLN and similar utilities
