Established in 1951, PT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk began its tire manufacturing by producing bicycle tires and became the largest integrated tire producer in South-East Asia. Produces and distribute high quality tires for passenger car, SUV's, commercial, off-the-road, industrial and motorcycles with brand GT Radial, Gajah Tunggal, IRC, and Zeneos. We also manufacture and distribute other rubber related products such as synthetic rubber, tire cords, inner tube, flap, o-ring and more.

Posisi dan Kualifikasi

Talent Acquisition
Location: Head Office, Jakarta


Responsibilities :
•    Handling recruitment process from end to end - creating job advertisement, shortlisting potential candidates, invite candidates, conduct and scoring psychological test, interviewing candidates with Behavioural or Competence Based Interview, etc.
•    Handling partnership with third parties (i.e. Manpower Ministry, Universities, Schools, Job Portals)
•    Manage career site and social media

Qualifications :
•    Maximum 27 years old
•    Have a minimum Bachelor's Degree of majoring Psychology from reputable University
•    Have at least 3-5 years of working experience as Talent Acquisition or in Recruitment field
•    Have an experience as Recruiter in Manufacturing company will be a plus point
•    Have a good knowledge about Psychological Test
•    Have a good Interview skill
•    Have a good sourcing strategy for any position level
•    Have a good analytical and communication skill
•    Have a pleasant, creative and initiative personality
•    Have a strong working motivation and ability to work under tight deadlines
•    Fluent in English (written and oral)
•    Applicant must be willing to work at our Head Office, Central Jakarta

Finance & Accounting Staff - PT Speedwork Solusi Utama
Location: Head Office, Jakarta


Responsibilities:
1.    Making payment (klikbcabisnis) to vendor and booth
2.    Making Journal to Accounting system
3.    Making reconciliation bank & GL accounts
4.    Support monthly clossing process
5.    Prepare supporting document for external audit
6.    Preparing all data & Help for making monthly financial statement

Qualifications:

1.    Minimum degree as Bachelor with majority in Economic – Accounting
2.    Have minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience in Finance & Accounting field
3.    Able to do accounting journal and familiar with Klik BCA Business
4.    Familiar with accounting system
5.    Hard worker and loyal
6.    Willing to work on a 6 months contract
