Recruitment Specialist (Supervisory) — Head Office, JakartaResponsibilities
* Responsible for managing employee fulfilment process, includes Man Power Planning, recruitment process, from advertisements, sourcing, screening, interview, and offer management.
* Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
* Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
* Provide effective recruitment advice, guidance and solutions to all internal users.
* Assist with the onboarding process to ensure each candidate is ready and excited to start.
Qualifications :
* Bachelor Degree, Psychology/ Human Resource or equivalent.
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment field (coming from Logistics Company is a plus).
* Required Skill(s): recruitment, assessment, knowledge sourcing, Behavioural Event Interview techniques, applicant tracking systems.
* Have a dynamic personality, good communication, interpersonal & consultative skills, able to work with target and deadline
