Posisi dan KualifikasiSales Specialist Factory Automation
Provides deep technical knowledge in an assigned portfolio and advices both sales organization and customers in capabilities and options how to use and integrate Siemens products effectively.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Supports the respective sales organization of the unit in approaching and serving potential customers best and advices both sales organization and customers in capabilities and options how to use and integrate Siemens' offerings effectively.
- Serves sales organization and customers as an expert in product application and commissioning with respect to the portfolio of the assigned organizational unit.
Constantly analyzes product portfolio of the dedicated customers client overall goals and objectives .
- At least 5 years experience in sales or product specialist, same industrial segment and portfolio are preferable
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering
- Good communication in English both written or spoken

- Experience in execute and selling Automation, Electrification and Digitalization portfolio.
- Experience as account manager for Multi-National and National Company in F&B, Chemical and Oil&Gas
- Experience in selling Solutions or Project Business via EPC
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics from reputable University
- DCS, PLC, SCADA, IIoT Training
- Project Management and Sales Training
- Require intensive travelling inside the country
- Low profile but confidence
- Fluent English is a must
Commercial function to support the sales/acquisition phase under Solution Business Unit. The function will have a close partnership with the assigned sales, as they together will collaborate for bringing the business into the company
Areas of Responsibility :
- Supports accountable Sales Management, provides advice and proposes measures regarding Business Administration.
- Supports implementation of financial and business administration policies, standards and procedures, for the assigned organization unit.
- Accomplishes financial analysis, planning and controlling activities, and all related business administration activities.
- Completes consolidation of all accounting, financial reporting, and other finance related operations (incl. P&L reporting and Balance).
Supports effective treasury management, optimized capital financing structure and tax compliance management.
- Checks content and analyzes supplier and/ customer contracts, to ensure compliant and standardized contract management.
- Analyzes and provides recommendation regarding capital expenditure proposals.
- Supports in the preparation of complex bids or tenders for project business.
Other job responsibilities:
1. Sales Commercial will support the sales/proposal team in terms of administrative (internal process)
2. With the support of Legal Counsel to finalize the contract conditions
3. Together with appointed sales to make a strategy to bring the business into the company
- 3-5 years experience as CPM/Finance
- S1 Graduate from respectable university with Economic/International Business/Finance/Finance Management major
