Lowongan Kerja

Job Description:
  1. Controlling company and project documentation, manage the processes around documentation within the organisation
  2. Following and improving document control procedures, ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
  3. Sorting, storing, and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents, filling the documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage
  4. Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date
  5. Liaise with other managers, coordinators and staff throughout the organization to ensure document control is functioning properly
  6. Distribute company & project documentation with all levels and potentially external parties and maintain project documentation deliverables in timely manner
  7. Assist in guidance and advice mattes relating to quality compliance and initiative within Bintang Subsea, Assist in compliance of ISO 9001
  8. Using computers to organise and distribute documents within the company
  9. Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion
  10. Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation
  1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any major
  2. At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field
  3. Fluent in English is preferred (oral and written)
  4. Have administration skills
  5. Strong and hands-on experience with flowcharts and Microsoft office software
  6. Solid organisation and time-management skills
  7. Havea strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and familiar with ISO 14001
  8. Have a good skill in producing report (would be a plus)
  9. Good attention to details, thorough, persistence, highly organized
  10. Able to work well with others, use your initiative, accept criticism, work well under pressure, and having team spirit
  11.  Flexible and open to change
