Graduate Development Program (GDP)Requirement:
* Male/ Female with max. 25 years old (S1/ D4) & max. 28 years old (S2)
* Candidate must possess at least bachelor degree (S1/D4) and Post Graduated (S2) in Engineering/ Law/ Management/ Accounting/ Science/ Psychology
* Make English video introduction
* Having a good English skill (both speaking and writing)
* Computer literacy (MS office)
* Domicile in East Kalimantan is preferred
* Positioned in Paser Mine site, East Kalimantan.
Responsibilities:
* Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
* Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
* Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
* Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
* Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
* Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the trainee- ship.
* Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes.
* Do the final project that relate with im- provement & innovation business process
