PROJECT PLANNERQualification
* Candidate must possess at feast a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil, Industrial, or Environmental, Health & Safety), Logistic/Transportation or equivalent;
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
* Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Project Management, Lifting Skill Planning, Budgeting Project, Risk Management;
* A plus if you can operate 2D Auto Cad and knowledge in the field of Heavy Equipment;
* Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Indonesia;
* Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Logistic or Supply Chain or equivalent;
* Willing to be placed in Cakung, North Jakarta;
Job Description
* Making Project Operating Plan (transport mode, route, and cost budgeting);
* Conduct Project Risk Assessment (Result from Field Report : Site Survey & Road Assessment);
* Implementation of Project activities appropriate with the operating plan, schedules, and updating the shipment progress on tracking system;
* POD speed after goods received by customer;
* DA ready to invoice after POD completed with supporting documents;
* Annual cost saving;
* Shipment Lead time;
* Perform monitoring project activities and documents up to invoicing;
* Perform the control of the operating plan and budget usage report;
* Shipment evaluation report.
