Posisi dan Kualifikasi
PRODUCTION SUPERVISORResponsibilities:
« Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output
« Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
« Manage and prioritize all production processes and implement all production plans and recommends strategies to improve processes. Initiate strategic planning for production to achieve targets
« Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency
« Submit reports on performance and progress
« Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
« Ensuring Workplace Health and Safety procedures are always followed and the work area is kept clean at all times
« Monitor and trouble shooting quality issue based on the process
Requirements :
« Educational background in engineering and most prefer of chemical engineering graduate.
« Knowledge and experience to run Plating line 1 year and above
« Familiar in the production planning and manpower arrangement
« Excellent communication skills with computer literacy skills.
« Excellent time management skills.
« Knowledge on chemical updation.
« Ability to lead the team
« Must be Fluent in English.
