Pos Logistics Indonesia is a subsidiary company of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero).

Officially established on January 12, 2012. Started in 2004 as a business project and developed to be a Strategic Business Units (SBU) of Pos Logistics in 2007, and continue in 2009, The Pos Logistics SBU has been revitalized to be more oriented on the increase of competitive advantages in the logistics industry and focus on the cultivation of its business through the logistics business management competence enhancement. Initiatives are taken by PT Pos Indonesia to revitalize this SBU through the recruitment of professionals in the logistics sector and business consultation assistance in formulating business strategy and positioning.

Pos Logistics as 3th Party Logistics Solutions provides logistics solutions for business customers segment (B2B) and providing retail services cargo logistics for the retail customer segment (B2C). Our target market are : Automotive, Consumer goods, Chemical, Pharmacy, Fashion, Postal & Courier, Government, Telecommunications, Mining, Oil & Gas, Agribusiness, and Heavy equipment.

Posisi dan Kualifikasi

We're currently open for Account Excecutive position.

This position will be placed at Medan, Pekanbaru, Batam, Palembang, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Solo, Surabaya, Denpasar, Balikpapan, Banjarmasin and Makassar.

Job Description
- Achieve new monthly recurring revenue with new/existing customer to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales target.
- Prepare presentation and work under documentation for customer order execution.
- Report and manage weekly pipeline report/new sales calls to ensure accurate sales forecast.
- Any other additional work assigned by company.

- Bachelor's Degree from any major.
- Having good communication, presentation and negotiation skill
- Able to communicate effectively, both written and verbaly, in English.
- Having experience as sales person in logistic industry at least for 2 years.
- Must be able to develop relationship with client.

Sales Account Manager

We are looking for qualified and strong candidates Sales & Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales.

As a Sales & Account Manager, you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.

- Proven work experience as a Sales & Account Manager or Sales Account Executive in the last 5 years in logistic business or companies
- Good looking & having good networks
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field from reputable
