General Scope of Work :
* Take orders for goods and service over the phone
* Get in touch with customer via phone to promote product or service
* Provide pricing details and handle customer question
* Contact customers regularly to follow up on initial interactions
Requirements :
* Minimum Diploma Degree
* Self driven and proactive
* Passion for excellence execution
* Result oriented
* Market and computer literate
* Excellent in communication
* Have experience in tele sales and customer service
